General conditions of exchanges and returns
To proceed with an exchange, return or withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

1. How to request the exchange or refund?
To request the exchange, return or withdrawal of your order, you must access your customer account and follow the steps indicated. Once the exchange or return has been requested, you will receive an email or a notice with the form that you must print and put inside the box.

3. Send your package
Once your package is received at our store, we will proceed to make your exchange or return as soon as possible. Keep in mind that it can take up to 15 days from when it arrives at our establishment depending on where the return comes from, reviewed and processed.
If everything is correct, in case of a return, within a maximum period of fifteen (15) working days from this date, we will proceed to reimburse you for the amount of the item, by the same method in which you made the payment.
In case of change, within the same period, we will send the requested item. This new shipment would be at your expense, by the shipping method you want and is subject to the availability of stock in our store at that time. If the item is out of stock in the requested size and color, we will refund the amount of the item, by the same method in which you made the payment, adding the cost of your shipping since there will be no new shipment.
